Prinz Heinrich Hat:
The Prinz Heinrich hat is a peaked cap modelled after a captain's or pilot's hat. It is named after the great imperial German admiral Prinz Heinrich von Preußen (Prince Henry of Prussia, 1862–1929). Other terms used are Heligolander (after the German island of Heligoland) or pilot's cap [source: www.wikipedia.de]. The hat has also reached some fame through the former German federal chancellor Helmut Schmidt, whose fashion trademark was the Prinz Heinrich hat.
