Ground floor: feeder for the winter
If constant supply in bird seed is offered, there should be a lot of chirping and cheeping going on in the cold season...

Attic: nesting box in spring
The attic provides an optimally protected place for local birds to raise their young squabs.

Material
The inside of the bird villa is left untreated. The outside is coated with a frost and light resistant, water-based acryllic paint. Only local woods have been used: douglas fir and silver fir.

Set-up

The bird villa comes with a wooden pole (ca. 70.9 inches) which, if positioned correctly in the ground, provides protection from cats and allows a good view of the birdhouse.

Care
To clean the house in autumn, unfasten the roof and lightly rinse the inside. Please note that the bird villa is made of solid wood. Exposure to extreme heat can therefore lead to cracks in the wood. When setting up, the birdhouses should be ideally placed in semi-shaded areas. Do not store the bird villas in heated rooms.
