Payment:
We accept the following forms of payment: credit card (MasterCard, Visa), PayPal and advance payment.

Delivery costs - Germany:
A lump sum of €6.00 is charged for delivery and packing costs for consignments weighing up to 5 kg (insured package) within Germany. Our logistics partner is Deutscher Paket Dienst (DPD). Please see below for packages over 5 kg:
€7.80 up to 10 kg (insured package)
€10.00 up to 20 kg (insured package)
€11.50 up to 31.5 kg (insured package)

Delivery costs - Europe:
Our prices: Delivery and packing costs to destinations in Europe are €12.00 for insured packages weighing up to 5 kg. Delivery times are approx. 5-7 working days provided we have the goods in stock.

Delivery costs - Switzerland:
Unfortunately we have to charge a lump sum of €20.00 for deliveries to Switzerland. Packages destined for Switzerland will be forwarded by DHL. Experience shows delivery times to Switzerland to be 5 working days.

Delivery costs - Destinations outside Europe:
Our prices: Delivery and packing costs to destinations outside Europe amount to €24.00 for packages weighing up to 5 kg. Delivery times to destinations outside Europe are approx. 6-7 working days provided we have the goods in stock.

These Terms of Delivery & Payment are applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany and other European countries.
